Please read thoroughly. Failure to follow the listed require guidelines & regulations will result in not being allowed into the salon & no services provided.

After reading drop an emoji in the comments, so I know you’ve seen & read the regulations.✨

•NO walk-ins
•Remain in your vehicle upon arriving at the salon. Message me when you arrive & I will respond when I’m ready for you to come inside.
•Must wear a mask before entering the salon & continue to wear mask through entirety of appointment.
•Sanitize hands upon entering the building
•NO friends, family, spouses, children are allowed to come with you. Please come to your appointment alone.
•Leave handbags & jackets in your vehicle. The least amount of belongings you can bring inside, the better. (Slip your card for payment in your pocket & you’re good to go)
•Absolutely NO cash or checks. I will be accepting cards only to make payment as contactless as possible. You’re also more than welcome to prepay, if you’re more comfortable with that.

I will most definitely be enforcing my 24 hour cancellation policy. No shows & last minute cancellations will absolutely not be tolerated as I am extremely busy & trying to get each of you in as quickly as possible after re-opening. Failure to give 24 or more hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling will result in being charged in full for the missed appointment.

If you are sick, showing any symptoms, have family or friends that you’ve been around, please kindly reschedule. If you show up sick, you will be turned away.

I know this is a lot, but I will be doing every thing in my power to ensure my own safety as well as each of my guests.♥️

I have very limited openings left in May. June is filling quickly, so please be pro-active about scheduling.

💥PLEASE READ💥

This is not the news I was hoping for as this is causing so much strain on myself & every stylist I know.💔

But everyone’s safety is the most important thing right now.

If we have rescheduled you to May, I will be reaching out to you individually over the next couple of days to reschedule to June. (Hopefully this is the last time & we can get back to our normal routines🤞🏽) I will be strongly enforcing our 24 hour cancellation policy, as I know it will be a tight schedule to get as many of you in as I can once we re-open. Last minute cancellations & no shows will be charged for the appointment missed.

Also, if any of you are needing product, please reach out to me & I will get what I can ordered for you!❤️ Shampoo, Conditioner, Leave-In Conditioner, Temporary Root Touch-Up Spray, etc. I will send you an invoice & once that is paid, I will add you to my order.

We did do some remodeling & rearranging at the salon while we’ve been closed, so I can’t wait for each of you to see the changes.🤗

Beauty by Cait Bond I called again this morning, an official date has NOT been set for Norfolk reopening. We are hoping to have an answer by the end of the day, so please bare with us.💕 Hey, guys!

I’m receiving TONS of messages about a re-opening date, so I thought I would hop on & address it all at once.

We have been planning to reopen on May 1st. After the governor spoke yesterday, we are just as confused about dates as each of you. Each date is determined county by county. We will be calling for confirmation of a date on Monday, as that’s the soonest the office is open.

If a date changes, I will post to let you all know.
I will, of course, reach out you to individually if any changes effect your scheduled appointment.

It has not been easy to be away from the salon for this long, so we’re praying we can open up as planned. I’m so ready to get back to doing what I love.
