[01/23/18]   Shared in another group by a friend and I have to agree, these 2 oils we use often and they have kept us out of the doctor's office. Immupower is truly one of my all time favorites. Even if I notice that I seem a little tired, I put it out and use aromatically, total game changer. Lung support means better oxygen to the body =more energy!

Thrifty Challenge
Week 1:

Our family has saved the most money using essential oils by keeping our bodies above the wellness line and supporting our immune systems. And the main way we have accomplished that is through two very amazing, immune boosting oil blends:

Thieves (which you received with your Premium Starter Kit) and one you may not be as familiar with, Immupower.

Thieves essential oil blend is designed specifically to support a healthy immune system. It is a powerful combination of Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus Radiata, and Rosemary essential oils.

ImmuPower essential oil blend is supportive of a healthy immune system and energizes the mind and body. ImmuPower is made up of Hyssop, Mountain Savory, Cistus, Camphor, Frankincense, Oregano, Clove, Cumin and Dorado azul.

These two oil blends have kept our family healthy and we are no longer regulars at our doctor’s office! I cannot tell you how valuable these two have been and when I reflect back on the no doubt thousands of dollars we were spending on western medicine practices, doctor visits, and over-the-counter products, I am so thankful for these two oil blends, in particular.

This is such an important piece of the puzzle to our thrifty oily lifestyle, and I feel SO strongly that every one of you need this roller, my entire post will be based on how to make this wellness roller, followed by the wellness foot rub Perfect for little kiddos or big, and adults of any age.

Let’s take a look at how to use these for your family!

You will need:
Immupower Essential Oil
Thieves Essential Oil
Glass dropper bottle
5 ml roller bottle or empty EO bottle with Young Living roller fitment
Grapeseed oil (or your preferred carrier oil. I prefer grapeseed because it is affordable, easily absorbed into the skin, and does not leave the skin feeling greasy. You can find at any grocery store.)
Coconut oil
Glass jar that holds 1/4 cup.

WELLNESS ROLLER (for grown folk):
How do we use Thieves and Immupower? For grown-ups, we make a roller simply made of grapeseed oil and these two oil blends. The back of the bottles state to dilute 4:1, which means for every drop of essential oil that I add, I’m adding 4 drops of grapeseed oil.

This roller is so easy to make you guys! Based on the ratio I just gave you, and knowing there are 90 drops in a 5 ml bottle, I will add 9 drops each of Immupower and Thieves, then 72 drops of grapeseed. That’s not a lot of essential oil y’all. Pennies for wellness. Pennies for wellness. If you can count drops, you can make this roller. Please do this!

We roll on our feet nightly. CONSISTENCY IS KEY. Do it every night.

WELLNESS FOOT RUB (for littles):
In a glass jar, simply combine a tablespoon of coconut oil with 2-3 drops of Thieves. Mix with a knife until blended. You do not want to heat because heat could damage the properties of the essential oils. I do not add Immupower for the girls because I also like to use this same concoction for healthy happy gums for my youngest and she does not care for the taste of Immupower. When either of them do fall below the wellness line, I have a second jar on standby with Immupower in place of Thieves that I alternate until they are back to 100%.

I rub on the bottom of the girls feet every night before bed and they are just super healthy little girls. I am so beyond impressed with Thieves and Immupower!

WELLNESS DIFFUSER BLEND:
Let’s not forgot our powerful tool that we all have, our diffuser!

During fall and winter months and also when anyone in our house falls below the wellness line, I will diffuse 3 drops each of Thieves and Purification. Thieves to keep everyone healthy and Purification to clean the air. I will also diffuse these when I learn anyone in either of my girls’ classes are below the wellness line.

I hope you have learned something new today about how to better protect your family and keep everyone in your household healthy and well. And if you follow these steps, you will, in turn, save money!
[01/23/18]   Thieves oil and Raven oils have been my go to this cold season! I have defusers and a thieves oil at my shop! Thieves is a cleaner and raven is antibacterial also antiviral! I rubbed it and some coconut oil on Carter chest one morning when he wasn’t feeling well and woke up four hours later back to himself again! I have them defusing all day most of the time. I have been using oils for about 3 years and I love them I don’t use candles or plugins anymore harsh chemicals burn my nose !
